SLEEPING GIANT LLC is seeking a CEO to oversee all operations of our business. The responsibilities and requirement of the job are as follows:

Develop/manage bar/restaurant operations and lead team providing back of house support for a group of bar/restaurants.  Duties include managing all aspects of Finance and Accounting; HR/Compliance and Payroll, Professional Services; Project Management and Communications/PR.

Job Requirements: Master's degree in a Business field (Management Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management) or equivalent plus 6 years of experience at a leadership level in hospitality management (bar/restaurant, back of house operations) which includes complex project management; overseeing finance, HR and legal functions; developing and implementing systems; and employee training. Will consider relevant Bachelor's degree (Management Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management) plus 8 years of prior verifiable experience as indicated.
